Corporate M&A Lawyer
Toronto, ONWe have an excellent opportunity for a mid-level corporate M&A lawyer to join a strong group and work on complex domestic and cross-border transactions. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 6 years of experience with a variety of sophisticated private M&A transactions, coming from another leading firm, and be confident providing general commercial and corporate governance advice. The firm provides a well-established platform and excellent opportunities for progression.
