Eckler Ltd. is seeking a business-minded pension and benefits lawyer to join its leading team as Legal Director, Pension and Benefits. The Legal Director will provide advice to clients and consultants across a broad range of legal and regulatory matters and will lead the internal research team for the fast growing pension and benefits consulting practices, and related areas. The successful candidate will be joining a high-performance environment where there will be opportunities to be involved in strategic business initiatives and thought leadership matters. This role will suit a results-oriented lawyer with strong analytical and project management skills and the demonstrated ability to build positive relationships.

The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience with complex pension and benefits matters, gained from a large firm or in-house environment, including experience advising on plan amendments, mergers and wind ups, engaging with regulators, and drafting governance documentation. The successful candidate will act as a key advisor to the business and must possess strong communication skills in order to engage effectively across all levels, both internally and with clients.
