Chestnut Park Real Estate Limited, Brokerage is seeking an experienced real estate lawyer to join its team as Director, Legal and Compliance.  Reporting to the CEO and as a member of the leadership team, the successful candidate will play a key role managing the Chestnut Park legal function, supporting the Broker of Record and COO, and providing guidance on legal, compliance, and regulatory matters across all offices. The successful candidate will also be involved with privacy and cybersecurity improvements, taking a solutions-oriented approach to maintain Chestnut Park’s integrity and reputation as being a best-in class brokerage.

The ideal candidate will be a Canadian qualified lawyer with 8 to 15 years of experience in all aspects of real estate matters including purchase and sale and leasing, with a solid understanding of real estate regulations and privacy matters. You should have detailed knowledge of all aspects of the real estate industry, including the regulatory bodies. This is an exceptional opportunity for a candidate with strong leadership and communication skills to work with various operational and business units in a dynamic and well-established company.
