Our client, a leading asset management organization, is seeking a lawyer with 2 to 5 years of strong experience in private funds, asset management, and institutional investor negotiations, preferably gained at a leading investment manager or law firm. In this role, you'll advise on a broad range of institutional investment management matters, including negotiating investment management agreements, advising on the formation, launch and maintenance of investment funds, and will partner with business leaders on product development and strategic initiatives.
