A well-established boutique firm is seeking a labour and employment lawyer with 3 to 6 years of experience to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a broad range of sophisticated matters including terminations, disciplinary matters, workplace investigations, human rights applications, wrongful dismissal claims, with an emphasis on litigation and dispute resolution matters. The ideal candidate will have strong advocacy and drafting skills, sound judgment, and a genuine interest in employment litigation.
