Our client, a leading public sector employer, is seeking a construction lawyer to join its team in the GTA. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience advising on complex commercial matters and construction projects, including contract strategy , risk management, and dispute resolution. Experience with public sector procurement frameworks, particularly within the municipal context, will be considered an asset.
