A leading downtown firm is seeking to add an associate with condominium experience to their collegial team. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of experience advising clients on a wide range of condominium matters, including: 

• Advising property managers and boards on governance, regulatory and compliance matters; 
• Drafting corporate governance documents; and
• Acting on dispute resolution matters including construction deficiencies, insurance claims and coverage.
