In House Counsel - Mutual Funds
Toronto, ONOur client, an industry leader, is seeking to add an experienced securities lawyer to their team as Senior Legal Counsel. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience with securities matters, including a solid understanding of mutual fund regulatory requirements and investment dealer matters, coming from a large firm or in-house environment. The successful candidate will work closely with the business on a broad spectrum of matters including advising on product and marketing materials, compliance, and risk matters.
