IP Lawyer & Patent Agent
Toronto, ONAn innovative national firm, is seeking to add a lawyer and patent agent to its deep and collaborative IP team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience drafting and prosecuting patents and a science background. This role will involve cross border matters for national and international clients and prior experience with IP transactional work will be considered an asset.
