The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience with complex labour and employment law matters including experience appearing before tribunals and regulatory bodies, and advising on all matters related to labour relations including grievance administration, occupational health and safety, workplace investigations, collective agreement interpretation and regulatory matters.
