Legal Counsel - Investment Dealer & Securities

This is a unique opportunity for a securities lawyer to join a growing and collegial team with a number of interesting projects in the works. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience with securities matters, including a solid understanding of mutual fund regulatory requirements and investment dealer matters, coming from a large firm or in-house environment. The successful candidate will work closely with the business on a broad spectrum of matters including advising on product and marketing materials, compliance, and risk matters.
